Summer may be coming to an end in the Northern Hemisphere, but that hasn't stopped the folks in Beaverton from dressing the Air Max 97 in a new oceanic colourway. Nike's latest AM97 is dubbed the 'Ocean Bliss' and the look is blissful indeed. Here light blue mesh is coupled with obsidian-coloured leather and matching hits to the outsole, while white contrasts handle the rest of the tooling. The Swoosh also switched up the classic silhouette's branding — a continuing trend for Nike — by putting bold red 'Air Max' text on the full-length Max Air unit. Red also hits the tongue's new '97' branding, as well as the insoles.

The 'Ocean Bliss' Air Max 97 will hit Nike shelves sometime this season.
