The Air Max 1 Ultra Essential is the latest update for the iconic 1987 sneaker, and the newest release pays tribute to the from the initial release that's synonymous with the shoe itself. While the Ultra Essential is made from a one-piece mesh upper, the screen-printed overlays replicate the original panelling with a 'Varsity Red' mudguard, matching Swoosh and detailing, complete with the white base and 'Natural Grey' heel and side panels. The isn't going anywhere soon, but its glad to see Nike continue to innovate with the silhouette to keep the model relevant to new fans.
