The latest of 's children's shoe – the , is here in a flashy 'Photo Blue'. The Akronite, an homage to LeBron and his hometown of Akron, Ohio, has been used as a form of 'What The' in the past. The shoe itself seems to take cues from the and , while 'The Akronite Philosophy' has been used in the past to name a that fused iconic moments from Lebron's career into one shoe.
This Akronite doesn't get as deep with the story, but is definitely going to be popular with the kids. 'Photo Blue' plays out on an angular graphic along the toe, also showing up on the tongue, and the motif of an eyeball styled basketball also shows up on the lateral heels, perhaps to remind kids to keep their eye on the ball.
