UPDATE: The Nike Air Huarache Utility Premium, the one that's been half dipped in white, has popped up at a bunch of stockists around the world. The crew over at have given us a good look at the whitewashed wander in all its on-foot excellence – so if you're digging it, now's your chance.
The Air takes the best bits of a and packs them down with some rough and ready modifications. The off-road version has the same sock-like build but uses modern materials and construction methods to seal it up tight and strip it down so it’s extra light. A mudguard runs along the bottom to keep the trail sludge out, while a Flywire and webbing lacing system lets you lock down the foot from every angle. This particular colourway looks like it’s been dipped in a bucket of whitewash, with a bit of navy and gold left showing at the top.
