Nothing says 90s like an over-the-top spelled out motif. Think about it, the Air  and Air with the big graffiti style ‘SIR CHARLES’ on the outsole both look like something from the background of a Whoopi Goldberg film. ­Okay, that’s a pretty small sample group – but we don’t think it’s too much of a stretch to call it a theme. Look at this ‘Black/White/Varsity Purple’ colourway, aka ‘Godzilla’, and you’ll see what we mean. It’s a quintessentially 90s style mid-cut basketball silhouette with the big Velcro strap, wavy midsole and air cushioned heel. They’re good enough for a king, or at least a ‘Sir’.
