New Nike Air Max 270 React is Tactically Tactile

The two main variables when designing a sneaker colourway are, naturally, colour, but also materials. With that in mind,  have done something a little different on this upcoming , giving the tongue and eyelets a raised rubber texture.

The rest of the sneaker is a straightforward red and white affair, with some gradient detailing on the mesh sections and midsole.

What do those bumpy sections do? Do they hold the laces better? Is it to rub and tap at like a portable massage pad? You’ll only be able to find out once these release at Nike retailers.
