Maria Sharapova Gets Another Signature Nike Cortez
Back in February, crafted for Maria Sharapova before following it up with a just a few months later. Now the folks in Beaverton are revisiting Sharapova’s ‘La Cortez’ with another take on the kicks for the tennis star. Whereas Los Angeles served as the inspiration for that first pair, this release arrives just in time for the U.S. Open and pays homage to the beauty of Flushing Meadows with an earth-toned leather upper and satin laces. Sharapova’s lollypop logo is etched into the back of the heel to cap things off.
Sharapova’s latest ‘La Cortez’ will hit and Nordstrom x Nike sneaker boutiques on August 23.
