The 2018 return of Nike’s Blazer was one of the most welcome comebacks of the year. It was a low-key return, gaining organic momentum without pomp and ceremony, and without saturating the market. It felt authentic. Because of that, we greet each new iteration with a smile rather than a groan.
And that’s true for the latest iteration to hit our feeds. It doubles down on simplicity, pairing the Blazer’s streamlined design with a crisp white and teal colour combo. Grey suede panels on the lateral side and toebox bring both tonal variation and added durability.
The sneaker game can be a fickle thing, chopping and changing without notice, but we’re more than happy for Blazers to stick around.
