Leather Brand Blackmeans Debut the Brothel Creeper
Japanese leather makers Blackmeans are better known for crafting punk studded jackets than they are for making shoes. They're trying their hand at sneaker design anyway, debuting a high-top trail shoe with the help of footwear brand SUVSOLE.
The model's dark palette and D-ring eyelets keep the shoe true to Blackmeans' punk aesthetic. And it seems like punks want in on that trail shoe trend too: the shoe's been equipped with a grippy sole and an infusion of EVA tech. In theory, you can take these stompers out and about in the great outdoors, but we wouldn't want to risk damaging that premium suede upper.
Blackmeans have dubbed this make-up the 'Brothel Creeper'. If that's your jam, then go for it, we suppose... We'll chalk this eyebrow-raising name up to some punk attempt to be 'edgy' (no offence to our punk partners out there, but this Creeper's a little bit creepy).
