Kolor X adidas Ultra BOOST

and kolor have embarked upon yet another collaboration, this time upping the aesthetic-ante sky-high with a flamboyant Ultra Boost. This eye-catching iteration encapsulatse the Japanese boutique's vibrant style, and fittingly so – to describe it as 'unique' would be an absolute understatement. The careful attention to detail is attention grabbing in itself, as eyes are instantly drawn to the metallic heel cage, which stands out outlandishly bold in gold chrome. A solid black Primeknit body plays host to an aqua blue cage and a contrasting canary yellow sock liner. Speaking of canaries, this colourway is reminiscent of a tropical bird, an inspiration likely straying from kolor's SS17 apparel collaboration with the Three Stripes, which featured a range of wild animal-inspired prints and palettes. A red outsole pops below a blacked-out Boost midsole, finishing off the deliciously discordant palette.

If you're keen on these bold Boost beauties, they'll be dropping on February 17th at adidas stores, exclusively in  Japan.
