You might not be able to tell from these images, but adidas' Adizero was once a trail runner. That was before Japanese brand Kolor had their way with it. Images of the shoe first started popping up towards the end of 2015, and now they are finally within grasp. For the Kolor x adidas Consortium Adizero XT here, Kolor's head designer, Junichi Abe, decided to forgo the bold colours the brand is known for, and go low key. Good thing too, because even though subdued tones abound on the model, it's still one loud shoe. The tongue is fatter than the Circas you kick-pushed around in back in '02, and is secured with a lacing system comprised of hearty nylon straps.
The Kolor x adidas Consortium Adizero XT hit shelves at Taiwan's Invincible over the weekend but keep your eyes peeled and PayPal at the ready, fam. These should hopefully show up at Consortium accounts, like SNS, in the very near future.
