Kengo Kuma Weaves an ASICS METARIDE AMU Colab
Renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma has teamed up with to bring his own architectural style to the world of footwear with a special edition of the .
The collaborative edition of the design radically reimagines the runner with an all-new knit upper that's highlighted by overlays inspired by bamboo weaving. Those strategically placed overlays also replicate ASICS's signature stripes, and provide the eyelets for the newly added speed lacing. Last but not least, the METARIDE's usual GUIDESOLE 3 tech is retained along with a combination of FLYTEFOAM and GEL cushioning.
