Jordan Brand Unveils the 'Best Hand in the Game' AJ1 Collection

Just hours after , Nike  confirmed the four previously unseen AJ1 colourways in a new capsule called the ‘Best Hand in the Game’ collection.

Honouring Michael Jordan’s biggest career achievements, the collection makes use of soft suede, leather, and traditional colour-blocking.

The ‘Blue Moon’ is made in honour of MJ’s 14 All-Star appearances and three game-MVP Awards. A straight flush graphic is found on the its right insole.

There’s also an ‘Yellow Ochre’, which pays homage to Jordan’s five MVP awards with a royal flush on the insole.

Honouring his championship success with Chicago Bulls, the ‘Track Red’ is highlighted with a unique six-of-a-kind graphic.

And last but not least, the ‘Clay Green’ with full house insole graphic rounds out the capsule by celebrating MJ’s awards and contributions to the game, including Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and his Hall of Fame induction.

All four Air Jordan 1s from the ‘Best Hand in the Game’ Collection release on May 5. It remains unclear whether certain colours will drop in certain regions, but we’ll let you know.
