It turns out the rumours of a wider release for the Air Jordan 1 'Top 3 Gold' were true... kind of! The mishmash patent leather Jays return this February, but in a slightly altered form from 2017's ComplexCon drop.
Instead of a mixture of designs for each foot, the new 'Gold Toe' Air Jordan 1 retains the colourblocking of the right shoe from last year's release and simply mirror it for the left. Could this mean we'll see Jordan Brand give the same treatment to the left shoe design later down the track? It might be worth holding off on paying the ridiculous prices resellers are asking for the AJ1 'Top 3 Gold' until we know for sure.
The Air Jordan 1 High 'Gold Toe' will release on February 16 through Nike's online store and select Jordan Brand stockists.
