It's been quite a dazzling rise by John Wall, he came out of Kentucky University onto Reebok's rotating roster of sneaker reps, then caught the eyes of the big boys upstairs at adidas, who brought him over to start pimping out the CrazyQuick, and now he's gone and got another upgrade – he's scored his own signature shoe! Here we see the first pics of the new adidas J Wall 1 (we're sensing a theme here for the way adidas names signature sneakers). Nice details in this fresh B-Ball model include John Wall's JW logo sitting pretty in red on the tongue, a zig-zagging rand that is colour matched with the lace area, and an outsole featuring a map of the USA. There's some nifty little details there that you'll discover on closer inspection, including definitely not-to-scale representations of the Washington Monument, Statue of Liberty, St. Louis Gateway Arch, Golden Gate Bridge and Seattle Space Needle, because although he plies his trade in the nation's capital, he's got fans here, there and everywhere. The adidas J Wall 1 drops on October 31 at adidas Basketball retailers in this red/navy/grey colourway and a darker tone, which we'll be showing you soon.
