Diadora and Hanon return with an update to their collaboration on the . British blokes were thirsty for premium Italian sportswear in the 80s, and Hanon have channeled the vivid palette and predilection for lush materials of the era on this release. Kangaroo leather is employed on the heel tip and side stripes, while the rest of the upper is constructed with mesh and silky pig suede. The madcap colour combo is inspired by the hues used on UK trains and buses in the 1980s – that's where the name 'Saturday Special' comes from too, it was a special service that we're assuming ferried fans to football games. Three sets of laces, gold foil labels and an additional screened cotton dust bag complete the Italian-made release. The Hanon x Diadora 9000 'Saturday Special II' will drop exclusively at on Saturday, November 1st, with T-shirts accompanying the first 30 pairs of the colab sold.
