Grip 'n Rip in the PUMA x Pirelli Replicat X
has called on the help of legendary Italian tyre manufacturer Pirelli to create the Replicat X, a Formula 1–inspired sneaker with a seriously fast low-cut profile.
The upper is constructed with white microfibre suede and mesh panelling, and decorated with exposed stitching and racer lines. The signature PUMA formstripe wears a bright blue, with a black heel and vibrant green highlights rounding out the colour hits. Meanwhile, the full rubber outsole comes equipped with a tread pattern adopted from Pirelli’s Formula 1 Cinturato tyre. Naturally, Pirelli branding is found on the midfoot, the tongue pull tab, and the bottom of the sole to round things out.
The PUMA x Pirelli Replicat X races into select retailers like on April 26, with PUMA stores receiving pairs on May 15. Stay tuned for more colourways in the future!
