Back in 2011, Geoff McFetridge linked up with Nike SB to produce a most unusual collaboration – a Dunk High made from paper. Limited to just 24 pairs, with each pair uniquely constructed from the LA artist's artwork, we're going to take a stab and guess there weren't a whole lot of buyers game to rock these works of art out on the street. Thankfully for fans of McFetridge's style, this new release should be a whole lot more wearable and (fingers crossed) a whole lot easier on the wallet. Carrying across the illustrative aesthetic to a Blazer Mid, the usual Swooshes and heel-tags have been hand-drawn while just a 'hint' of extra branding has been added to the uppers. No release date on these yet, but word on the streets is that they'll be dropping at SB stockists in a few weeks time. Pics via Nike Blog.
