Frank Cooker sure loves a good tease! The prolific Jordan Brand designer has built up quite the reputation for early leaks since joining the brand's NRG division, and now he's come out with one that's set our hearts racing from over at the Swoosh. Cooker took to his personal Instagram to share a pair of all-purple corduroy Sean Wotherspoon x Nike Air Max 1/97s, tagging Wotherspoon himself with the caption 'I am DYEING to wear these in Tokyo'. Cooker's caption suggests the sneaker may be the result of a custom dye job but, admittedly, it'd have to be one of the best dye jobs we've seen. The purple dye is vibrant and even throughout, and the upper Swooshes are completely unaffected.
Nike, for the sake of this writer's purple obsession, please make sure these see a retail release!
