It's no secret that Hiroshi Fujiwara loves the running silhouettes from Nike's early years, and the 'H' in 'HTM' has been instrumental in reviving vintage models, such as the LD-1000 and the more-recent Sock Dart, for a new generation of Swoosh-heads to enjoy. The latest retro runner to receive the Roshe fusion treatment thanks to Fragment Design will be the Nike Daybreak, a late '70s trainer from the tail end of the waffle golden-era that hasn't seen shelves since its 2007 retro in faux vintage form. Hiroshi has updated the runner similar to how he , keeping the upper panels fairly consistent with the original Daybreak while replacing the waffle sole unit with the current NM tooling. If you love that future-retro look Fragment has perfected, the new Roshe Daybreak will be released on NDC and select Nike Sportswear accounts from the 28th of January.
