His Golden State Warriors are entrenched in the Western Conference Finals against the Houston Rockets, but Kevin Durant has cause for some early celebrations: the unveiling of the all-new Nike KD 11.
His eleventh signature sneaker, the KD 11 offers up a swag of changes from the popular KD 10 — most notably, the move away from a full-length Zoom Air unit to Nike React foam cushioning. There’s also a one-piece Flyknit upper and an external heel support with a pull-tab extension that envelops much of the shoe’s rear. KD’s logo is placed on the heel, while circular detailing tips its hat to KD’s prowess beyond the perimeter.
There’s no news on a release date for the Nike KD 11 just yet. However, we expect them to drop sometime in June, coinciding with the NBA Finals. For KD’s sake, let's hope he’s part of the action!
