Amsterdam based label Filling Pieces have unveiled the new campaign for their seasonal 2016 range, entitled ‘Srefidensi / Independence’. The name pays tribute to the self-governance of Surinam, South America, which is the birthplace of the labels founder. The brand ethos of Filling Pieces centres on freedom, which once again can be seen throughout the new campaign with its idyllic locations on the back roads of Iceland.
The range contains 14 new silhouettes, along with some old favourites, making up a total of 450 styles. Each different model has been build using premium Italian leathers, suedes and nubucks, as well as neoprene for their foot-hugging sock liners – everything we've come to expect from the high-end sneaker makers at FP. The vulcanised rubber soles take various forms, from the aggressive sawtooth tread of the Thick Ripple, to the smooth midsole of the Astro.
