have always spread messages of positivity – and one of the Swoosh's most inspiring initiatives is their ongoing partnership with the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon. In the 12 years they've been working together, the pair has raised $14 million USD to help the hospital look after sick and injured kids, with some truly inspiring work.

The latest x Nike Freestyle collection channels the things that keep six patients going – things like family, wildlife, sports, creativity and music. The youngsters have each designed a one-of-a-kind sneaker incorporating reflections about their own personal journeys dealing with illness. Andy, Braylin, Chehayla, Chase, Corwin and Damian have worked on a versatile bunch of silhouettes – the , Run Ultra, , Max and .
