Concepts Resurrect the 'Lobster' Dunk for Nike Kyrie Colab
have returned to the sea to reel in a 2018 tribute to their first ever collaboration.
Coming out of nowhere, the just-revealed Concepts x Nike 'Green Lobster' is an unexpected continuation of the East Coast retailer's 'Lobster' series that began with the 'Red Lobster' in 2008. A 'Blue Lobster' Dunk SB (pictured below) and exclusive Friends and Family 'Yellow Lobster' Dunk SB followed in 2009.
Concepts' Kyrie 4 tribute stays true to the style cues of its SB predecessors. It features a dark green-tinged upper complemented by bright green outsoles, checkered 'napkin' lining and fluro green laces, as featured on the 'Blue Lobster' Dunks. Naturally, these feisty ballers come equipped with removable rubber bands on the toes to keep them under control during transport.
Concepts are currently hosting a competition on their to give away a size 10 pair of the Concepts x Nike Kyrie 4 'Green Lobster'. No other release details have been announced at this stage. Stay tuned!
