This x Thunderbolt is covered in spicy 'Tex-Mex' – but not in the way you’re thinking. Rather than beans and beef, it refers to a special pattern designed by Clot and informed by the cultural melting pot. A spectrum of blue streaks across the sneaker’s woven panels, punctuated by bursts of gold or zesty green, creating a sense of movement that’s emphasised by Converse’s heroic chevron. The concept for the shoe comes from Clot’s ‘New-Age-Ethnic’ collection – a series centred around diversity and connectedness, which is something that we can certainly get behind.
