Blondey McCoy Teases First Look at The Gonz adidas Superstar
British skateboarder, and Thames founder, has used Instagram to reveal a first look at the new collaboration from teammate Mark Gonzales. The Gonz has been an integral part of the adidas family for over two decades, and looks to be joining celebrations for the Superstar’s 50th anniversary year.
The teaser post gave us a glimpse of the upcoming colab, The Gonz’s take on the classic silhouette arriving in a clean white leather upper with an off-white midsole and shelltoe. On the outer side panels, the traditional Three Stripes have been removed to make way for Mark’s infamous ‘Angel’ character.
No official date has been given yet, but The Gonz hinted at an April release when questioned in the regular Sunday night ‘Ask MG’ session on his wife .
