In the process of rolling out the Jordan XXX2, Jordan Brand worked their way through the obvious colourways for the new model. They've debuted the 32 in 'Bred', a red ‘Rosso Corsa’, and Russell's Westbrook's OKC-hued 'Why Not' model.
Now that they've got the essential colourways out of the way, the 32 can branch out. To tie in with the release of the Air Jordan 6 'Gatorade', they'll be releasing a low-top 32 in the same famous shades. The lace lock on the 32 is borrowed from the Jordan 6, and the translucent sole features Nike and Gatorade co-branding. The high-tenacity Flyknit yarn upper developed for the 32 will be carried over to the low.
Of course, Jordan Brand's thirst for Gatorade goes way back to 1992, when MJ starred in the beverage's 'Be Like Mike' commercial. No word has dripped down from Jordan HQ on an official release date for the Air Jordan 32 'Gatorade' but while you're waiting, kill some time by revisiting the classic ad.
