BAIT X adidas EQT Running Support (The Big Apple)
West Coast warriors are showing a lot of love for the East at the moment, fresh off the they've prepped for the upcoming All-Star Weekend in NYC, we get the preview of an adidas EQT Running Support also inspired by the greatest city in the world. Guess the inspiration behind that colourway... Yep, it's the Statue of Liberty. The Frost Mint and Viridian Green on the upper translates the hue of the statue onto a shoe – mind you, that hue reps the decaying colour, not the original migrants were greeted with. There's also some grabs of red on the sole, dubré and heel tab, which are surefire shout-outs to the big red apple that is a motif for the city. A little more FYI, the 'Big Apple' has a , and possibly emerged from horse racing. Quality materials abound, with nubuck leathers balanced by premium boxed leather treatments across the upper.
The BAIT x adidas EQT Running Support The Big Apple launches on Saturday, January 31 to coincide with the grand opening of BAIT Seattle and will be available at all four BAIT locations in limited quantities and available via raffle.
