The 'Anniversary Red' Air Max 1 OG was one of the most sought-after releases during March's month of Max, proving an instant sell-out and leaving many Swoosh fans empty handed. Fortunately though, Nike are offering us a second chance to cop the coveted retro – or at least it looks that way!
A listing for an Air Max 1 Anniversary in 'White/University Red/ Neutral Grey/Black' has shown up on the release calendars at a number of European retailers, including The Good Will Out and Allike. Both stores mention late-September release dates, though neither have uploaded photos of the upcoming release. Based on the colourway alone, it's easy to assume that this will be a restock of the OG Air Max retro, but the product code listed differs ever so slightly from March's 'Anniversary Red' release– ending in a '3' instead of a '0'.
Whether this new Nike Air Max 1 Anniversary is a restock or a slight variation remains to be seen. We expect all will be revealed in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
