Are adidas Releasing A Black And Blue NMD_R1?
It's pretty uncommon for the NMD to sport BOOST cushioning in any colour other than white, but adidas are bucking the trend with this latest make-up. A recently leaked image from suggests that the next NMD_R1 on adidas' release line up will sit atop a black BOOST sole. The shoe's upper is a bold blue, with matching laces tying together this moody looking sneaker.
The NMD will celebrate its second birthday at the end of the year, so perhaps this black and blue colourway will release to coincide with the occassion. But don't get too excited just yet – adidas are yet to confirm whether this is legit NMD, much less set a release date. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.
