Taiwanese designer Angus Chiang has been carving out a name for his eponymous label since 2015. Since then, he’s earned two collaborations with Reebok, the second which has just been revealed at Paris Fashion Week.
Dubbed the Zig Kinetica Concept_Type2, the new silhouette acts as a sequel to its predecessor, the Zig Kinetica Concept_Type1. This is somewhat surprising, since it was only introduced late last year.
In any case, the Type2 tweaks the upper for a relatively traditional construction, with layered leather and textile panels and regular eyelets. However, the Zig sole is used to full effect for a crazy look, yet comfortable ride.
Angus Chiang and Reebok will likely be releasing their collaborative trio in the second half of 2020.
