If you're a Jordanhead and not in Chicago this weekend then you are sorely missing out! October 24th marks the grand opening of Station 23, an all-new Jordan Brand flagship store. Like Flight 23 in NYC, Station 23 will stock the crème de la crème of Jordan releases and the store is going into overdrive for its big debut. Not only will Station 23 be re-releasing a tonne of the years most fiendishly coveted AJ releases for the occasion– including the , , , , and – but the store will also release a limited 'Chi City' make-up of the AJ XX3, exclusive to Station 23.
The all-red colourway features gold detailing and 'Chi City' embroidery across the heels, though sadly lacks the elaborate stitching that became the XX3's distinctive trademark. While this colourway won't be to everyone's tastes, as the first-ever retro of the XX3, this could be a sign of things to come for fans of the oft overlooked silhouette.
