The Jordan 8 is the latest retro to be given the ‘bred’ treatment. Hot off the back of the ‘Cement’ and ‘Cool Grey’ colourways released earlier this year, the Nike silhouette is set to hit shelves in the beloved black and red combo. Almost entirely cloaked in black, the upper features a suede toebox and lace-straps with a blacked-out ‘23’. Textural contrast is given by leather eyelet reinforcements, while the red Jumpman on the signature chenille tongue detail pops against the darkness. Tonal grey brushstrokes on the mudguard and a grey and black midsole give way to a flame-hued outsole, and a white Jordan logo hidden on the sole completes the look.
The Air Jordan 8 'Black/Gym Red' will be dropping September 16 at select Nike stockists.
