The Low ‘Cherry’ throws back to 2001 – a time when 'Malcolm in the Middle' and 'Dawson’s Creek' held down analogue TV stations, while Robbie Williams rapped verses in his songs. Thankfully the sneakers of the time were on point and haven’t aged so harshly. Take the Jordan 11 Low Cherry with its glossy Varsity Red streak breaking up an otherwise white shoe as a case in point — it looks even better in the hi-def world of 2016. The original has been a coveted resale shoe for years now, don’t expect this re-release to hang around long.

Expected to release on June 4, the sneaker will be available at select  Nike stockists including Sneaker Politics.
