Update: Officially named the Air Jordan 1 Retro High GP 'Hyper Jade', the new Jay has hit the shelves. But, and it's a big but, only in kids sizes. Check the new flicks and dream about what might have been or hit up stockists such as Politics to lace up the youngins.
This upcoming Air Jordan 1 looks part Creature from the Black Lagoon, part Tiffany Dunk. It’s hard to deny that the Tiffany blue panels and chromed out Swoosh could have been lifted right off the 2005 dunk colab, but with the murky petrol blue addition we end up with something all together aquatic in appearance. The crisp white midsole stops the whole thing from looking too weighty, perfect for poolside lounging or a cruise in the airboat.
We haven’t got a release date for this Air Jordan 1 yet but we’ll keep you posted.
