UPDATE: Nike.com is your source, of course, when these hit deck later today.
The Air Jordan 1 'Pinnacle' series seems to have borrowed the ideas of the canny customisers that have been re-imagining the immortal ball silhouette with luxury materials for the last couple of years. JB has has probably put many of those artistes out of a job because luxury fiends can now get the exotic Js direct from the plug, not the secondary market. This is the fourth iteration of the AJ1 Pinnacle, and it's the humble faux crocodile's turn to go to the cuttery and get sliced up for the sake of a sneak – and that lavish looking leather is spread across the heel panels and Swooshes in an ornate, apparently 'Baroque' style. It wouldn't be a Pinnacle without some bada-bling, so golden branding badges are affixed to the ankle collar and heel to get you shining hard. Select Jordan retailers, including Sneakerhead Moscow, will have this doozy on October 31.
