Nike and Jordan Brand have teamed up to create an extensive collection of kicks to celebrate Black History Month 2017. With an overarching theme of black and gold, the collection features the likes of the Kyrie 3, LeBron 14 and Air Force 1. For Jordan Brand's contribution to the collection, they have resurrected the Jordan Trunner LX and brought us two contrasting make-ups of the Air Jordan 1.
The first AJ1 features an all-over black tumbled leather upper with matching sole unit and metallic gold brand-detailing. While the branding on the tongue is fixed, the sidewall Swoosh and Air Jordan Wings logos are both removable – affixed to black velcro. While you can rock them without logos affixed for a blacked-out look, an additional set of interchangeable darker logos are also included, allowing you to mix up your look.
The Air Jordan 1 'BHM 2017' will be available February 11 through Nike.com and select Jordan Brand stockists.
