Update: Available now from select adidas Originals stockists including TGWO.
The adidas archive is looking a little dishevelled at the moment on account of all the digging that has been going down. Hot on the heels of the technical EQT and ZX re-releases adidas Originals backspin further into the past to bring back the Hamburg. Adidas has no shortage of comfy low-cut casual sneaks with a flat sole, three stripes and a name on them, and the Hamburg is one of the OG keys. Debuting in 1982, the Hamburg took off, riding the wave of the casual sneaker movement as people started to realise there could be a middle ground between teched-out runners and dress shoes. We're looking at a one-to-one remake here that is bound to put a smile on some old school head's dials as well as the new breed of upcoming runner fiends. Adidas Originals are reviving the big H here in two colourways, and that dark gum sole is still an eye-grabber, expect to have your eyes grabbed when this hits retail on March 1.
