Rod Laver was a fiery redhead (these terms are synonymous right?) who dominated competitive tennis during the 60s, an era when rackets were wooden and Australians reigned supreme (unlike today). Joining a squad of rejuvenations, Originals brings back the same iconic Super silhouette that Laver laced up over fifty years ago.
In a move that’ll entice purists, the Three-Stripes faithfully recreate (almost) every element of the original tennis model. This time they’ve included a modernised PU outsole unit for comfort. Other than that, the makeup runs to script. The iconic sneaker will return in two OG navy and white colourways in a mix of materials.
