It’s time to take the R1 to new frontiers with the off-road optimised Trail version. The upper has been constructed with a rugged, durable nylon, with taped seams for added elemental resistance. Things really start to get wild on the sole, with a new aggressive saw-toothed tread for sticking down into mud and sludge. The obligatory midsole brings the comfort level up to ten, so those sticks and stones won’t break your toes.

The women’s NMD R1 Trail will be available in two colourways from October 1 at select stockists.
