After a long 13 year hiatus from the hardwood, adidas gears up for the return of one of its most forward thinking basketball silhouettes, the Crazy 1. First introduced way back in the year of the Y2K (2000), the sharp and aggressive sneak utilises aerodynamic inspirations from German sports cars. The tech list for its time goes deep, including exaggerated midfoot arches, toe and heel upper moulding, stabilised torsion system lockdown and a hot-to-trot matte finish, reflective of luxury high-end automobile paint jobs. All in all we're stoked to see this beastly basketball-bred badass returning to the hardwood. Look for these available at adidas Basketball and Shoe Palace on December 26.
