Newcomers to the sneakerverse may think the adidas Continental 80 is nothing more than a GR Powerphase, but those who’ve been around a little longer know that the silhouette was kicking around long before ‘Ye hit the shoe game, and likely influenced his design.
Well now the student has become the master, as the Continental 80 is washed in Yeezy’s Semi-Frozen Yellow. We first got word of the drop late last year, but adidas have only now revealed official shots. The trainer keeps the tonal approach of previous iterations, as well as the contrasting red and blue midfoot stripe.
If highlighter yellow isn’t your thing, a Clear Pink make-up is also hitting shelves, just in time for springtime south of the equator.
These will both hit select adidas stockists on August 30.
