adidas' Prophere Isn't What You Expected
Familiar design, established tech and mainstream ideals are all things adidas’ Prophere swerves on. Instead it subscribes to individuality and rocks a look unlike anything else on the market.
The design hints at the current wave of bulky, high-fashion sneakers, though sidesteps ‘dad shoe’ status with an aggressively futuristic white midsole sporting a heavily textured surface. Dark knitted uppers, extra-thick branding and pops of red at the front and rear balance the seriously appealing sneaker. Expect it to cause a stir when it lands on on December 15.
