We know what you’re thinking, but no, this isn’t a first look at LeBron’s first shoe since moving to Tinseltown. Instead, it’s Nike’s WNBA All-Star game PE collection, inspired by the game’s host state, Minnesota.
The collection comprises of a LeBron 15, LeBron Soldier 12, KD11, Kyrie 4, PG2 and Kobe A.D., all of which hit the court during the weekend’s game. Each shoe wears purple in a nod to the state’s football team and Prince, the state’s most famous son. Contrasting grey represents the twin cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, while a ripple motif symbolises the state’s 11,842 lakes.
The hometown spirit did its job on the day, with the Western Conference coming out on top 119-112.
