A-Cold-Wall are making their first foray into the sneaker game this week, revealing the first official images of the ‘Shard Low’.
Despite sounding like whatever’s leftover in the bathroom, the Shard Low boasts some interesting aesthetic deconstruction. First seen in A-Cold-Wall’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection, the sneaker combines the use of geometric shape to establish visual hierarchy. We have a kind of Brutalist architecture on display here, terminology originally translated from the French word, ‘raw’.
Although Samuel Ross is often two-timing with Nike, this is his brand’s first official sneaker model.
No official release date, but we’re looking at $240.
