West NYC and adidas Celebrate 85 Years of Tip Top Shoes

New York sneaker store Tip Top Shoes holds one of the biggest flexes of all, as they’ve been around since 1940. Celebrating 85 years of business is no small feat and this week they’re celebrating with boutique and sister store and . A two-shoe pack has been created, featuring the and , in honour of Tip Top’s heritage.

The Handball Spezial looks to Tip Top’s time as a mainstay in Manhattan, boasting a full pink knit-like upper. A classic gum sole remains down below with West NYC branding on the rear heel tab. The SL 72 RS, which is slightly elevated compared to the standard SL 72 version, boasts a classic suede and nylon build. Tonal red makes up most of the upper, alongside specialised Three Stripe branding across the lateral and medial.

The Tip Top Shoes 85th Anniversary Collection by West NYC x adidas, including the SL 72 RS and Handball Spezial, will launch through both stores on April 26.
