Vans Fluff Up Some Chenille Classics
have long reworked their original classic skate models into street-friendly editions and countless collaborations. This new inline release is definitely not made for skate – but you could probably still get in a kickflip or two if you really wanted!
That’s because the iconic checkerboard pattern that’s decorated so many Vans has been re-upholstered in fluffy chenille textile. More commonly found on varsity jackets than skate shoes, this textural addition puts these reworked and purely in the casual camp.
They’re out now from Vans Japan, but they might release globally too.
