In true style, the upcoming collaborative pack has been a lot of . Fortunately for fans of the hit HBO series and Team Trefoil alike, the six-colourway collection has finally been officially unveiled — and it was certainly worth the wait.

The team from Highsnobiety have given us an up-close look at the upcoming release, delivering a detailed pictorial smorgasbord worthy of Westeros royalty. The UltraBOOST 4.0s nod toward Game of Thrones characters, houses, and plot moments, including the ‘Night’s Watch’, ‘White Walkers’, ‘House Targaryen’, ‘Daenerys’ dragons’, ‘House Stark’, and ‘House Lannister’.

Chris Danforth from HS also caught up with adidas Running senior product manager Stephan Schneider to find out more about the upcoming collaboration.

‘When you look at adidas and HBO, or Game of Thrones particularly, you have two powerhouses and two iconic brands,’ explains Schneider.  ‘We wanted to bring a sports icon and blend that with a cultural icon to create a really powerful and meaningful story.’
