Up Close With Nike's 2018 Air Max Day Collection

2018 collection was revealed via a collage of sneakers you had to squint at to see. Now, the Swoosh have released imagery of the entire collection so you can get up-close and personal.

Seven models are on display: the , , , Air VaporMax 2.0, Air Max 1/97, and . Beaverton have even supplied nuggets of info about each shoe's creation. For example, the AM93 was inspired by a milk jug's handle, and the supports of the VaporMax Plus draw from a whale's tail.

Nestled among the innovations and call-backs is Sean Wotherspoon’s crowd-pleasing AM1/97, which has been on heavy rotation at red carpets and will undoubtedly put a few dollars in reseller’s pockets (whether Wotherspoon likes it ).
