UNDERCOVER x Nike Dunk High 1985 White

UNDERCOVER and Nike are continuing their long-running exploration of chaos and balance on the Dunk High 1985, which appeared in a black colourway earlier this week and has now surfaced in a white makeup that's exclusive to UNDERCOVER stores. The inverse of its murky counterpart in every way, this airy new Dunk is big, bright and boldly branded.

First revealed as part of UNDERCOVER's FW21 Paris Fashion Week runway – and severely delayed due to supply chain issues – this Dunk features an ultra-high cut, thick midsole and original last, making it a closer replication of the original 1985 Dunk releases than most of the GR Dunks that have hit the market over the last two-odd years. It's built of smooth and tumbled leathers, while key details include ‘CHAOS’ stamped on the left foot and ‘GLEICHGEWICHT’, which means ‘BALANCE’ in German, on the right foot. ‘NEUS’ and ‘NEUER’ also appear on the collars, German for ‘NEW’. A scattering of black speckles on the midsole rounds off the look.

Unlike the above-mentioned global release that the black pair will see, these white UNDERCOVER Dunks are set to drop exclusively on the UNDERCOVER webstore and at the brand's retail outposts on February 28. Just like their counterparts, however, they'll be priced at $150.
